The OFF is examined as a specific quality for existing and future urban structures. The OFF city is the contrasting complement to the SMART city, the efficiency-oriented, economised and digitalised city.
OFF places condense the narrative of the city, elude "surveillance capitalism" and offer enabling spaces as a breeding ground for the irrational and the most diverse and inclusive urban habitat possible.
